Afton Canyon Campground at Afton Road, Baker, California.

Nothing super special here, but it is a truly glorious sight to see that pit toilet after 120 miles of nothing but a squat. Great fire pits, with both fire and BBQ options at each site. Most sites have a roof over picnic benches too. Two toilets, no electricity, not much running water. Do not cross the river if you don't know what you're doing. I have seen people destroy their cars here. Train goes by every couple of hours.
